The big task

The business coach will work with Nexstar members through all phases of implementation of our proprietary best practices programs. Coaching is done over the telephone as well as at the member’s business. Responsibilities include orientation, training, mentoring, supporting, monitoring, financial analysis, and measuring the progress of members.  Coach will utilize Nexstar’s systems and other information to guide our members in the right direction. Our motto is “Success through Education and Sharing” and this role is key to bringing this to life. The business coach works primarily with owners and operators in their assigned member businesses.  Each business coach works with an assigned implementation coach who works primarily with mid-level managers like service, install and sales managers.  The implementation coach reports directly to the business coach with the business coach being responsible for the implementation coach’s onboarding, training, monitoring and day to day management of the implementation coach.
