Key Tasks

  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) enrollment, graduation, content addition & removal, access credentials and maintenance processes
  • Work with Members as needed to update, change, modify access rights for students, training leaders and other roles within the LMS and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Generate weekly/monthly enrollment, billing and usage reports using both LMS and CRM systems as needed
  • Provide first call support to Members dealing with access, usability, or stability issues within the LMS system and partner with Nexstar IT, the LMS vendor and the Member to drive issue resolution
  • Participate in quarterly/annual LMS vendor performance evaluations and competitive bidding processes as required to ensure the selected LMS provider is meeting Nexstar’s needs
  • Support LMS provider change processes by working with the NexTech team to centralize and standardize our content storage process
  • Support internal meetings as required with IT, Accounting, Marketing, Coaching, Sales, Events
  • Develop a best practices document that can be linked/used by Members to walk them through the most common tasks (registration, assigning learning, graduation, remove a learner, creating a learning plan, etc.)
  • Provide coaching support for the Member’s authorized Training Leader on LMS system procedures and processes
  • Work with the NexTech team to develop data maintenance procedures to ensure our enrollment/student/billing information is accurate
  • Support key initiatives or promotions as required for NexTech Academy

Required Skills: 

  • 3+ years’ experience as a LMS administrator
  • 5+ years facilitating e-learning objectives using an LMS system
  • 3+ years’ experience building learning plans within a LMS environment
  • 2+ years’ experience with integrated LMS environments (LMS+ERP, LMS+CRM, LMS+FSM, etc.)
  • 5+ years with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with a process-minded orientation
  • Ability to professionally communicate with a wide range of personality types and communication styles verbally, in writing and in person
  • Customer-focused attitude and a servant heart
  • Proactive problem-solver with ability to see problems quickly and provide prompt, effective solutions that build upon existing best practices

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Associate degree + minimum 5 years’ experience in LMS administration/support role

   OR

Travel Requirements: 

  • Up to 20%.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to set at a desk for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
